4.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.

Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormant account fee. The dormant account fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

5.2 Pricing Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, payung88 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the player's account. "Obviously incorrect" means a price that a reasonable person would recognise as clearly erroneous given the prevailing market conditions.
5.3 Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session or slot game that interrupts or prevents the completion of a round, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Where a round has been completed and the result determined prior to the malfunction, the result will stand. payung88's decision on game malfunction disputes is final.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be made in respect of bonus winnings. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. 6.3 Bonus Abuse: payung88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a single-offer bonus; using bonus funds solely on low-risk or hedged bets to manufacture a wagering record; entering into arrangements with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through offsetting wagers; and claiming a bonus in breach of any stated eligibility restriction.

11.2 Effect of Closure: Upon account closure by payung88 for a breach of these Terms, all pending bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be voided.
